For many years, I struggled with fear and self-loathing, was involved in unhealthy relationships, and suffered from various health problems - all of which culminated in a terrifying "dark night of the soul".  Out of that dark night, however, came the greatest gift: a true, deep understanding of the inner workings of the heart and an emotional healing process that is nothing short of miraculous.

 As an emotion coach, muse, and creator of the Drawing Out Process, I guide people out of a lifetime of inner struggle and into a state of deep acceptance and peace.   It is not as difficult as it seems.   It simply requires less than 2 hours of your time and a willingness to be honest and present with yourself...  and, oh yes - paper and a box of crayons!
